En el 2013 al llegar a Miami, buscábamos un restaurante típico venezolano para ir a comer, pero sólo habían restaurantes de comidas latinas, no existía uno que reuniera todos los sabores típicos de cada región de Venezuela.
Luego pensamos en todos los venezolanos que se sentían de igual manera, y tras reunir las mejores recetas de todas las regiones de Venezuela, como la exquisita cachapa, la famosa arepa con sus distintas combinaciones de cada parte del país, el pabellón criollo, las empanadas, tequeños, y muchos platos tradicionales de cada región de Venezuela, nació el restaurante Sabor Venezolano.
Después de abrir sus puertas, durante los últimos 7 años, Sabor Venezolano ha avivado el gusto de la comida venezolana en Miami, cautivando a muchos a revivir el sabor de su patria, y sentirse como en su país.

The Torta Capitas is a MUST for dessert. I had the traditional breakfast “DESAYUNO CRIOLLO” and the black beans are the best black beans I’ve had. The pulled pork (carne mechada) tasted so different than any other I’ve had. Perfect combination plate with the Arepa being cooked to perfection. I don’t eat egg whites but I wanted the runny yoke for the beans.
